Ana was born in Santander, Spain. When she decided to become an architect she moved to Madrid, and since then has never stopped traveling. She graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM) and completed an exchange program at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. Upon being awarded a fellowship from the Real Colegio Complutense and the Caja de Burgos, she moved to Boston where she received a Master of Architecture with Distinction from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Ana is also a compulsive reader, and would point out Julio Cortázar’s Rayuela as one of her favorite novels.
It’s a laboratory for especulation with architectural ideas.
